Drivers License Renewel Questions

I occasionally have to rent autos for work and travel so unfortunately I have to get the Minnesota D.L.

Knowing some of the issues on the right to travel it is with some regret that I choose to do this. I also choose not to fight this battle at this point in time.

Any way my question is how to sign. I have read to sign in all caps like it appears on the d.l. with ALL RIGHTS RESERVED UCC1-207 also I remember reading something about signing as the agent. Any thoughts on this?

The UCC is unneccessary

You want to sign "Without Prejudice"

OR All Rights reserved

BUT DEFINITELY -- "Under threat, duress, and coercion"

They'll also tell you they won't issue you a license should you do this also

Have Fun
