form v procedure
been out a few days but i have much to share. and we WILL have great fun, trust me...lol soon as i get MY computer running right.

question

what is wrong with using their statutes against them? from my standpoint the statutes used will defeat them on every traffic ticket from parking to drunk driving. only as long as there is no injured party...and yes we are talking a dismissal with prejudice....
