why talk about what should work

some newbie will go to court talkin bout what should work and it aint been tested yet. BS!!! now its different if there is a difference in juris or statutes or even rules of court. thats one thing but just talkin bout what should work is worse than bein on the other side cos somebody that dont know **** from shineola will take your or my words as gospel and go in there an lose big time. is there a reason why we dont stick to what we know by having done it? i have done what i talk about or i say i havent and tell others not to do this untill i have done it first. its my thought therefor its mine by right to go in an break trail for others.
