Interesting Travel Defense by State

So what would you say to me suggesting then that a "Bill of Sale" and an "Affidavit of Non-Commercial Activity", with a "Not for Hire" sign on your vehicle, would make it quite clear and remove the presumption that you are engaged in "Commercial Activity". And if they tow your car, since presumption is gone, you can go after the officers personally as well as the tow truck driver, and charge them with Theft, and what not. Not to mention Commercial Liens, as the burden of proof is now theirs, to prove Jurisdiction and Authority.

You won't need any signs on your car in order to hold them accountable to the law.

Interesting Travel Defense by State

kgod999,

Glad my two cents was helpful.

I've applied the same approach to my state's concealed weapons statute and vehicle registration statute. In the case of concealed weapons, it turns out that only state licensed firearms instuctors are "required" to have a concealed weapons license. If they carry concealed without a license, then they stand to lose their instructor's license as well. Makes sense doesn't it? After all, they're already in one contract with the Prince. If the Prince says that they now have to enter into this second contract (license to carry) in order to preserve they're license under the first, who are they to argue?

Quite the tangled web they weave to keep us ensnared.

B.
