Those services may be paved roads, electricity, running CLEAN water, police, the army. Yet when it comes to helping pay for those services be it through income taxation
I guess he hasn't heard of the Grace Commission report that not a single nickel of income tax receipts pay for gov't services.

Since when is running clean water, electricity and police departments part of the FEDERAL gov't? Not all states have income taxes, you know.

Roads are supposedly paid for by gasoline taxes, although we all know that all indirect taxation and excises go into the general fund.

I don't use FEDERAL services or subsidies or services, so I'm not indebted to them. The state and county provide the few services I use that are gov't services, and I DO pay for those. The private services you mentioned are paid for by me also.

The Grace Commission report was issued to Ronald Regan and noted that, oweing to the then existing debt load, that income taxes were being spent to repay the debt and the current services were being paid for with further debt. They no where found that any services were or were not paid for federal expenditure. You should read it, good times.

The Man,

Have you seen your states CAFR? The profits the States make from their investments alone could do away with any sort of state tax -- forever. No need to tax when there really isn't a financial crisis ... which is what they claim when they speak of "budget deficits"... face it, they just don't want to dig into the piggy bank... they want to take more wealth from the people... but the banks are doing it anyway (how else do you think the State knows what is or isn't profitable in the market?).

I dig having you here. What I really hope is that you would check out some of what we discuss and actually dig a little deeper for yourself so that you might find what some of us have found... and then, after you have looked at all the "evidence", make your rebuttal, go into denial or join us. We could use a few attorney types that have found what we have ... and understand what we are up against. We could definitely use a few judges... !!

But hey... it is damn hard to compete with guys that can print money and influence the market any way they want it to go... yep, you got it... the damn bankers.

I've made many references to the bankers as of late... more than I have in the past. Can ya tell I've been reading and my blood pressure is getting a bit high?

In any event, I'm glad The Man has joined us. It will be interesting ... to say the least.

Ice

P.S. Cut him some slack guys... be nice.

THE MAN-Quote:

"If you don't want to pay the taxes, then <font size=3>MOVE AWAY FROM THE BENEFITS<font size=2>and you probably won't be bothered".

Sir, this is exactly what many of us have done. Why should we have a driver license or have a car that is registered to the state.

We are Soveran FreeMen who have chewed up a spit out more ATTORN-KNEES than God has grass! And yes, we have had recused several judex defacto men who wear black dresses for being just plain stupid. And yes, we use whatever the law allows via proceedure and in most all cases NEVER HAVE TO SEE THE INSIDE OF YOUR MILITARY TRIBUNALS. We use the UCC, Redemption or any other of the methods that will work on a case to case basis.

And yes, we welcome you to this forum of discussion. As we stated previously, we are here to learn no matter how much we might know at present. As a matter of fact, we don't know very much at all; for, the more we learn the more we find out we don't know. So...I assume that we don't know very much, huh!

Now! It would be excellent if you will invite all of your other testalier friends to come post and teach us. The more ego involved with you people, the more you will tell us. This way we can hone our methods even further.

We thank you for your valuable time and we are very surprised that a $ amount was not suggested for your comments.

We do not receive any benefits, privileges, etc. that we accept from your so called "gubment" and we do not have any of their copyrighted numbers to sustain existence.

There are many cites that we could offer; but, why waste our time and efforts? You know them all anyway, don't you? We've been around Pro-Se-Cooters, testaliers, and judex defacto judges all of our lives and you're all the same...aloof, arrogant, snooty, and LOVE FRNs. And the last comes to mind:

Luke XI:45-52

I am waiting to read his response to Akira....As I stated before--this thread is refreshing.

The Man,

Akira has posed something to you and you chose to answer 2 others and not his. Akira has submitted to you something that you have asked for. Proof. Also, he has asked you to question your master and his loyalty--which I think you may not want to do since most slaves are fearful of that.

Akira has made some VERY VALID POINTS for you to ponder. Also, he may have assisted you into understanding what could be a weakness in your life. Very moving! Basically, SEEK AND YE SHALL FIND.

However, what you may be looking for may only satisfy your position on the matter but does it satisfy the truth that you really need to seek. Is it possible that you could be wrong? And through Akira's post to you--are you even willing to admit to such a thing as being wrong?

Pride is the worst sin of all. It denies redemption and encourages corruption. My hats off to Akira and The Man. You are both making this thread a must read.

2 Corinthians

11:12 And I will keep on doing what I am doing in order to cut the ground from under those who want an opportunity to be considered equal with us in the things they boast about.

11:13 For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, masquerading as apostles of Christ.

11:14 And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light.

11:15 It is not surprising, then, if his servants masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will be what their actions deserve.

There is almost nothing to retort. What you have offered is an almost random assortment of out of context quotes with no string of logic or argument that ties them together. Ever heard of Rush Limbough? Before he got knee deep in ************ pain killers he did the same thing. Can't say it is the first time I have seen that sort of AAD legal argument style. Just because you like a particular quote doesn't mean it supports a position you hold. I do you give you credit for actually having quoted law that, in essence, I agree with. Good work.

The disconected string of consciousness style does nothing to prove much of anything. Oh well.

Mr.Man,

In your second post you said....

I accepted your challenge....

What I offered is what you asked for... a working, perfected legal arguement, that clearly shows an ongoing fraud by the states, against the citizenry for over 60 years. To which you replied...

It is you that offer no arguement.

You have failed to make good on your offer, by failing to properly rebutt the presentment.

All you have offered is the standard hypocrite's tool: label and dismiss.

While a temporarily amusing distraction, you have shown yourself to be nothing but a waste of time.
