Privatizing your car
Received this by email. I'm looking into it:
Only after you have completed all of your paperwork including the following:
File your UCC-1
File your Security Agreement
File your Financing Statement
File your Cancellatura of Foreign Instruments
And sent out all the final default notices and finished all of the documentation for the Apostille and have received the Gold embossed Apostille from the Secretary of State.
Then you can do the following:
If you buy a new car you will need to have the car delivered over the state lines in order for you to receive the MSO (Manufacture Statement of Origin) immediately. Remember you do not ever surrender the MSO.
Or
In order to get the status of the original legal title you need to write a letter to your states Dept. of Public Safety and request a copy of the Manufacturers Statement of Origin.
Typically if you are requesting it and the automobile is less than 7 years old you can go to your dept of public safety and get a copy of it and have it certified to begin privatization of the ?automobile? under your sovereign name.
If the car is older than 7 years, make the request to the Department of Public Safety and you will get a letter from your States Department of Public Safety.
MSO Letter ( http://www.commonlawvenue.com/Traffic/09-mso.pdf)
After receiving the MSO destruction letter form ( http://www.commonlawvenue.com/Traffic/09-mso.pdf) the Department of Public Safety you can send a Notice of Revocation of Signature letter ( http://www.commonlawvenue.com/Traffi...SignNotice.pdf) back to the Department of Public Safety (DPS).
Then by acquiescence or submission you send the DPS a FAULT, DEFAULT, DEFAULT JUDGMENT NOTICE ( http://www.commonlawvenue.com/Traffi...ltJudgment.pdf).
File these three documents on your UCC-3 Financing Statement Amendment.
When you receive the mail back from the Secretary of State then you go to the county recorder and file the documents.
CONGRATULATIONS you now have a legal document(s) and have successfully wrestled the title away from the state. Your car is now privatized.

Re:Privatizing your car
That looks like a heck of a lot of work, just for privatizing your car.

Re:Privatizing your car
when neo was pulled out of the matrix, he went through alot of work as well...
when the slaves broke their chains around the civil war here, they went through alot of work to be "free."
if you want to extract yourself from a marriage, you will go through alot of work as well.
regaining one's sovereignty & freedom is a great deal of work - it is a process, not an event.
do the work & you'll get done, don't, and well, the results will speak for themselves.

Re:Privatizing your car
no offense tora, but that attitude is why this country got where it is today.
I&am not offended by what you&have to say about my attitude.Without my attitude&I would not understand things&as deeply&as I do.& If vehicle registration was voluntary, you wouldn't have to know anything more than that.& But fact is, you have to know&A LOT more than& that. Voluntary does not mean voluntary in the ordinary sense.
"vehicle registration" is neither mandatory nor required.& you can choose to register it or not.& either way you'll have to "pay the piper."
So go tell all your friends it's voluntary. I'm sure they'll thank you for it.

what my friends think is not under discussion here.& and, for the record, they all think i'm a little nuts with all this stuff.
the bottom line is tora, we each have decisions to make regarding certain things in life.& vehicle registration is one of them.

Privatizing your car
HI all. I am an attorney for one of the States of our great nation. I defend not only these suits but others filed by people on what can best be described as "unique" legal theories. Without exception the lawsuits fail, at least in my state. I cannot speak for any of the others out there. You would have to ask them. Theories that seem to shield one from tax liability, criminal prosecution, privite civil debt and the like based on antiquated notions that if I capitolize your name, I am not talking about you and the like always fail. Always.
There was no bankruptcy, the UCC does not apply, and the yellow frindge on the flag is decorative only carrying zippo for legal significance. Notorial Oaths of Dishonor, Demand for Proof, and the like also are more a waste of time, energy, ink, and paper than they are ligitimate ways of skirting the legal obligations we as citizens have. You cannot privatize your car. It doesn't work. It wont work. Ever. Give it up.
Yes, I do work for The Man. I am his minion. I even have subminions that work for me. No, we are not trying to hold you down, no there is no national or state level conspiracy against you. We don't care enough about you to fart around with it. And we are busy with other stuff like salmon habitats, laws involving walking your crocodile on Sundays, and keeping your kids from growing up to be like you.
You want to keep filing this silly stuff? Knock yourself out. We never loose and we stand around and laugh and point at the bizarre filings you submit. Oh, and 'refused for cause'? Yeah. That doesn't do anything either but I do have to say, it is entertaining to see how much we can get you refuse for cause. Silly.
Anywho, you all have a nice day. Keep on trying to buck the 'gubment', don't vote, and for gods sake, grow a long beard to match your overalls and no shirt look. If it looked that good on Uncle Jesse it'll do wonders for you.
Peace out, yo.
The Man.

Interesting post.
May I ask, could you more specificly identify who/what is "The Man" that you allegedly work for?
You also speak of the obligations that citizens have. What obligations, and citizens of what? China, Mexico, Panama?
I appreciate you dropping by, I am sure you have much you can teach us about the law if you are who you claim to be. I do not like seeing anyone waste their time filing frivilous documents, so I look forward to you explaining your position more. We are here to learn.

If so, there are no absolutes, and the only logical conclusion is that reality, truth, and right and wrong are determined arbitrarily on a daily basis by those with the most power, guns, and money, and the rest of us can choose to run, fight, or be their slaves.

Privatizing your car
You don't need to "privatize" your car... because it is already yours. All you need do is hold others to the Law. And when I say Law, I mean the Supreme Law of the Land.
What "The Man" fails to realize is that we can do whatever we want with our Property because it is ours. And since it is our property we can use it to our pleasure. "... life, liberty and the pursuit of happieness". Now I'm all for regulation of commerce... but my private auto is not involved in commerce. So no regulation of any kind is required... particularly by my "servants".
Check that.
But don't say there isn't a conspiracy when you know there is. If you are who you say you are then you know all about how the banks operate and why folks have such a hard time achieving real "justice" after having been swindled. If you are who you say you are... then you work for the swindlers because they will help you achieve your political aspirations.
But that's okay. The law will win in the end. Yeah, there is a lot of "redemption" type folk speaking in this forum... but that isn't what we're here for. We're here for the Law. And we intend to hold even the "public servants" accountable to it... to the Supreme Law of the Land.

All you that wish to push your redemption processes have a good opportumity to discuss the whole ball of wax right here... right now.
I'm sure "The Man" wouldn't mind filling you in on what will happen when you file your docs.

Privatizing your car
There have been a few different comments made. Some general responses:
What I have noticed over the years of practice (I work for one of the lower 48 states) is that people want services. Those services may be paved roads, electricity, running CLEAN water, police, the army. Yet when it comes to helping pay for those services be it through income taxation, motor vehicle registration and the like, suddenly its like the party is over and everyone wants out before they get stuck with the check. Life, and government, doesn't work that way. If you don't want to pay the taxes then move away from the benefits and you probably wont be bothered.
As far as motor vehicle regulations are concerned, would you prefer a system where all were responsible for their own roads? Where there was nothing to guarantee the safety and/or reliability of the vehicle you purchase? Where people need nothing more than arms and legs in order to plow around at 70 miles an hour in two tons of steel? Where people can time and time again drink themselves almost into a coma and go run down your friends and relatives without any form of repercutions? Regulations not only hinder your freedom, if that's what you want to call paying your fair share of the staggering expenses that your registration fees go towards paying, but also guarantee certain regulations that benefit all of us. In some states that fee is as little as $35 a year, a small price to pay. You don't want to pay it? Don't drive.
As far as conspiracies go, if it makes you feel better to think that people care enough about you as an individual or as a class (mostly white, mildly educated folks) you knock yourself out. Without exception, all of the people and agencies of my state that I have had the pleasure of representing are good, hard working people who are usually paid a fraction of what they are worth in the private sector because they believe in what they do. BE it delivering medical services to the poor, regulating insurance comanies or banks, or making sure your children are safe. Sometimes from you!
The law can be boiled down to a simple axiom: if its not cited its fiction. If you can't say this law and these cases got it wrong and the law needs changing or the law is such that the outcome I desire should be, then you are making it up. Vague statements about some higher form of justice are simply not what our legal system is currently founded on, for better or for worse. It is one thing to be idealistic, it's another thing to repeatedly ram your head on the great friggin wall of China in hope the Chinese people will get your point and leave. You know?
Change in the law is part of the law. Were it not for seminol cases like Brown v. Board of Education, Virgninia v. Loving, and the like we would still be seperate and not near equal racially but even those decision were based on logical extensions of the law and application of the constitution. For the most part, the anti-government legal pro se stuff we see rings closer to pure fantasy and nonsense. If I want the governor to take me seriously I round up voters, put on a suit, and go talk to the guy. Painting myself magenta, putting feathers in my hair, and dancing around shouting a made up language will only get arrested. Most of what you all do is the legal equivalent of the latter not the former. I don't mean to be critical but hey, lets be realistic.
Say what you want about UCC (it only applies in limited cases where the forum state in question has adopted it), the fringe, and Maritime cases from English courts circa 1600, it's not getting you all anywhere. Meantime you are driving on paved roads, calling the cops when Jethro get all liquored up and starts waiving the double barrell around, watching tv, using electricity, and reading this on your computer. All these are paid for in one way or another by the state or federal government. If you think you have found a loophole that excludes you from contributing for the benefits you enjoy, file at will. I will be there to show the court that you spew unsuportable nonsense and you can tell your buddies at Al's Do Drop In what a bastard I am. Takes all kinds.
You be good now.
The Man
