Police towed my car
Many may be familiar with my story, for those who aren't I'll start from the beginning: On Aug. 24, as I was returning from "the Public Record" (copyright notice publication)&I was pulled over for having expired plates on my car. I didn't have a reg or ins, but was still in possession of a CDL issued to an all-cap fiction. {no contract in obtaining a DL, based on the four elements of a contract}('cause "if you don't have a DL I'm gonna take you to jail") so I gave notice that the name on the lic. had been copyrighted and that I didn't wish to do business with him. He didn't want "to play my games". In the State of California if reg is expired more than six months they tow the "vehicle".
I sent the Commissioner (error, should have filed with the court, oops)&an affidavit by special visitation. It was construed by the Comm. to be a plea of not guilty and forwarded it to the officer who issued the ticket. (oh to be a fly on the wall) He was given until Sept 25 to respond. So now I'm waiting, in prayer for the next 24 hours. At which time the judge will make a final determination and mail me a copy.(???)
I am not a "person"(woman), I do not "reside"(sojourning in geographical region known as Californa Republic), I do not "drive" (travel), I do not own a "vehicle" (automobile for private use-NOT FOR HIRE), I am not a US citizen (at least I'm trying not to be, if I am "oops my bad" I made a mistake and you know "to err is human" and persuing documentation of my original Citizenship from a foreign country we call Ohio)
I hope to have smiley faces to post tomorrow!!
FNM
Just thought of something, laughing hard, had to share, "forwarded" would that be due to the fact that you can't make a copy of copyrighted material??? And even if you made a color copy only the original red-ink signature would run if made wet???
Well Ice, I believe I'm doing it right, next will be the 12 step program for Citizen Victory's Anon. 'cuz it's feeling like a gamblers high, waiting to hear the results of the race. Glory to God, 'cause that's the horse I bet on!

If so, there are no absolutes, and the only logical conclusion is that reality, truth, and right and wrong are determined arbitrarily on a daily basis by those with the most power, guns, and money, and the rest of us can choose to run, fight, or be their slaves.

Uggghhh! If that were you or I, we would be sitting behind bars for behaving in such a manner. Hang in there.... I am starting a post on the Richard Cornforth 'voiding judgements' topic in the court forum, and hope to get some information there that will be helpfull. This looks like a powerful tool.
