Storm Trooper Stops

OK.

Let's post a hypothetical. What potential problems / consequences can you see with the situation?

I am traveling down the road, and as I come around a curve, there sits a Storm Trooper, and he proceeds to pull me over for speeding.

I hand him my comercial person's license, and a copy of my TN (Tradename Notice) and he proceeds to ask me if I am serious. I assure him that I am VERY serious, and he arrests me for making threats.

Let's say the wife does the same thing when he asks her for ID, and he arrests her. What happens to the kids?

Can they just take them from us?

Just trying to think ahead of the game.

I had a situation like this happen with the County Ordinence guy.

He comes to give me notice the sign is too big...
I ask him to step outside and read the notice posted to all Nazi agents...
He thinks I'm making jokes....
He calls me over to his truck and ready to write me a ticket.
I ask him to hold on and go inside to get my CN..
I bring it out and show him and explain as best I can while he's smirking like I'm making yet another joke....
I asure him I am not joking...
He say's fine and takes my Licence plate # off my truck out in front of the building and gets in his truck and leaves.

I don't hear from him or the county again.

However I have come to realize the CN is not much good and more harm can come from using it than from not. I don't believe it was a well thought out plan to copyright our names.. especially when we didn't create them.

Well, following that thought ---then I, as parent, can copywrite my child's name and assign the copywrite to my child.& I DID in fact create the NAME <U>AND </U>THE CHILD.

It is very wise to pick and choose your battles, the storm trooper who will pull you over is stupid when it comes to the things we know and do, all they knows is what they& are taught, they have a badge , a gun, and when they lose control of the situation to do whatever it takes to get it back in&their control, nothing but&procedure, not to mention the fact when they walk up to the car they are already scared of&you,&he will most likely haul you in for obstruction(as they call it) if you pull your paper work, just smile and let&yourself know that the situation will be handled in an "orderly" fashion later on down the line. If you really wanna get him, right when you open the window ask&"am I&under arrest", then "did i hurt anyone or someones property?", see you would be getting him to testify against himself before u even make it&to court, cause&when u and he&get&to court&that conversation will come up again, then when it does, he just admitted there is no one hurt, no property damage=him the witness that signed the ticket amitting it= no jurisdiction,&no crime, dismissed!!!&This is just something i thought up if it were to happen to me, but i try not to put myself in the position in the first place by allowing myself enough time to travel to a destination. hope some new thoughts were sparked from mine

Bravo. Well said. And true for ALL of the agents working for the beast! They don't care about "truth." They only care about doing their "job."

And now I'm pissed! 'Cause that's exactly what I won't live long enough to figure out. The very split-second any person, in any occupation, finds himself doing something he'd do under no other circumstances, but tries to justify it by saying, "Hey, I'm just doing my job!"--THAT split second, that person should quit, or be shot. Period. End of discussion.

And it's at THAT second that a person, maybe literally, sells his soul to the devil.

Again, another "Bravo!" Law and facts matter less than procedure. That's why lawyers "matter." They "know" procedure. "Procedure," for example, here in VA, says there's 90 days to present evidence proving innocence after a conviction. Try to offer it on day-91? Forget about it. You didn't play by the rules so& your sorry ass, innocent though you are, can, and will, sit in jail for the rest of your life!

Exactly right! If he says "No," next question is "Am I free to leave?" If he says "No," next question is "Am I being detained?" WHEN he says "Yes," at THAT point you remember the 5th Amendment! And practice it!

Thanks for the praise, glad i could shed some light, to tell you the truth, this was just one of the many scenerios that i thought up one day, i havn't had to use it(knocking on wood) but if the time comes, best believe it will&be time to test it, just think of it as u making/getting your pre judge ment, just like they pre judge that your a person and not a man, see the thing is if and when the scenerio goes down that trooper will have no idea what ur doing by playing stupid asking these questions, and even in court, only the judge will understand that the fourth leg isn't under that table...
