Alternate passport part 2 in
Here i quote what a man said on this post in this part of the forum
Quote:
As far as THEY are concerned, anyone who is a U.S. Citizen must have a passport to leave pursuant to 8 USC
The burden is on you to show that you are an American National who is not a not a U.S. Citizen pursuant to THEIR code 8 USC 1502.
This is the only way to get some alternative travel docs going.
Now, as far as they are concerned, if you receive mail at your house, have a DL, an SS#, etc . . ., you are considered to be a U.S Citizen no matter how much you piss and moan about the STRAWMAN or case law.
It comes down to evidence and facts at this point.
This is to ensure that you make it back into the Union as well as leaving it
Should there be a problem w/customs, and there is still a shred of evidence showing that you are a U.S Citizen, you will have no recourse
Now one thing that i commonly notice that people do not realize is that no matter what YOU do not have a DL, SSN, or anything to that matter. it is YOUR Strawman that own these. You can still sever the ties between you and your strawman and yet still retain your strawman as under you, instead of being over you. In this manner you can keep and retain all the strawmans property, including but no limited to the DL, SSN, etc.
And as far as the mail goes, you may recieve mail at your house, it isnt that that puts you into the system it is the use of the ZIP Code that you use that does that.. put [Non-Domestic] instead of ZIP. Read up on the enabling act and the buck act, together they clarify this.
