A funny thing happened today in traffic court. 1: they did not even have my case 2: they had to pull it, 3: the judge refused to answer any questions 4: after stating i did not under stand the nature and the cause of the law I was riddiculed laughed at and accused of threatening the legislator or something along those lines.
5: the judge and prosecuting lawyer )(claim) they did not even under stand what I was asking for or maybe they laughed because I asked the right questions not to mention I had 2 extra bailiffs enter the room after I asked some questions. 6: he lost his temper with me refused to answer hell I have not even gotten a formal complaint . 7: they refused to provide me with information the would helpme in my defense( rules that governed the proceding if it was a crinminal or civil proceding etc And I still do not even have any idea of what the hell I have gotten myself into ,but it sure was fun to see him loose it witha full room. I told him I did not need an attorney etc . tryin g to use the 6th ammentment to make him provide me with info etc .
To make a story short now I need to make a motion to challenge juristiction etc, yes I know I should of done it first but hell they would not even let me know my case number until I was arraigned how the hell am I supposed to use ticket slayer if the procedures are not followed?
I think I can use some of the docs to corner them in a special appearance which I must motion for to challenge juristiction

any way the SOB was not going to take no for an answer He proceded to enter a plea of NOT GUILTY on my behalf even though I said I did not have enough info to make a decision so he cerimoniously kicked me out of his court room.
I will post the uniform citation/ complaint they use which is in reallity an invite to court. Just to see what you all think about the form they are using
