Passing Out Seatbelt Tickets

The police officers in Belton Missouri have been blocking entrances into subdivision, so that one has to stop before entering, and giving out seatbelt tickets. (no other violation involved).

The samething in my state. They are getting tough on seat belt right now. If you get cut, $70.00 dollars fine.

Where???

One might expect this kind of police activity in a place called "Belton!" I can see it now-
"Welcome to Belton. Is your belt on?"
