contract
ok, scenario. you write up a acceptance of the state attorney general's oath of office and bond as a binding contract between you and him. best situation is to get a copy of it and the bond. you then write up in the contract that per his oath, he will protect your rights including your right to travel without state interference with revelant case law, etc. and you put down his signature to agree to be bound by his oath and revelant case law. you give him 10 days to opt out of the contract and make his signature void but, your language will say that his voiding the contract means he is violating his oath of office, treason, torts against you etc. see, he is already stuck with the signature. the oath of office is the most important tool you have against them. shakes them up real bad. as ive stated before, they sealed a whole case against me when i brought in the judges oath of office into the record. back on point, to make it really nice, title the document something like this " Right to travel certificate" and place the contract material in the body of the certificate. then, get it into the public record and apostilled and mail the guy a copy certified mail with 10 days to opt out. while you at it, send one off to the commissioner of the department of public safety or motor vehicle as your particular state calls for. almost forgot , have it notorized.
