This will require you to learn your state's rules and codes and really work. You will be expected to complete assignments, and if not you will get dropped.

Has Royce changed his views on the subject matter? He used to advance the Administrative Procedures Act, which is in turn advancing the Maritime law on the land.

No APA stuff. We are working on inpersonam jurisdiction/quashing

The problem w/the APA stuff is that it is an SMJ thing which should only be considered once all inpersonam jurisdictional challenges are exhausted, and boy do i have a bunch of 'em.
