7 traffic tickets

Hello I am King C posting specifically not generally my topic.

this is my first topic. I am glad cuz i have been lookin everywhere to get some help on my ticket situation.

This is by far the best forum for the topic I feel. I am afraid to go into court using that ucc crap.

I have 7 tickets consisting of: Speeding, failure to signal 2x's, not wearing seatbelt, fleeing from police, driving on revoked license and disobeying traffic control device.

I am more pissed than scared becuz i know under constitution i haven't broke a law. I am tired of traffic court getting away with criminal law.

How was i fleeing if i drove home in my garage on my property. They came on my property forced my garage door back up (left dents in it also) and arrested me on my property and searched my fathers car. I think this was illegal but am not sure. how did they know my license was revoked if the plates were in my fathers name.

Anyways just need some advice.

Peace.

Can the Members say "SUE"! ?

his sin of trespass is greater than what he alleges you did.

I hope you have eye-witnesses to his trespass upon your private property and damage to property.

write up a notice of abatement to all citations;
write up a complaint against him for trespass and ruination of private property.

If the garage door needs to be replace, then you can charge his Municipal-Master for the illegal deeds of their slave.

My brother and my father witnessed this and came to the station to post my bond. The garage door isn't broke. Next time that happens and i get pulled over if they want me that bad they will have to break the windows to get me. I sent the tickets to the police department and copies to the clerk of circuit court
with Accepted for Value and Returned for Value and dated it. the police station however sent them back. I have returned receipt though saying they had opened received the letter.

I was thinkin of buying TicketSlayer default process but am skeptical. If anyone has a easier or more effective way to handle the issue please respond. Thanks

This happened feb 22nd 2006 and i am due in court april 6th

They are NOT your Master, You are their Master.

Assert and invoke the Law which applies to you.
(careful, the Law applied to you is not Acts of Legislatures!)

traffic tickets

start with a acceptance of the judges and police officers oath of office. accept them individually as binding contracts between you and the appropriate party. then, put in a true bill of damages they have done to you under color of law and get them to admit all the torts they committed and give them 10 days to rebut. also, get them to agree that any hearing is a sham and additional torts. be creative. its either that or ticket slayer which basically defaults them also. my way puts a monetary judgment against them.

King C,

Welcome !

Considering what is before you, and your limited time to prepare, you may want to consider keeping it as simple as possible, by going the ticket slayer route, and studying up on jurisdiction and procedure.

Start by checking out Weis' thread - In Personam Jurisdiction

Do a search for all threads involving Ticket Slayer (or TS), Clyde Hyde, and common law default, as well as, checking out the 'Success Stories' section to see what has worked for others.

The common law default / ticket slayer process takes 18 days to implement.. or 13 days if absolutely necessary.

For HIS Glory,
Akira
