One need not ask the stewards, just observe their actions or lack of actions. Presumably if they create/modify legislation to the betterment of the 'common folk' a/k/a sheeple, then 'they do not know'. If they create/modify legislation to the betterment of corporations/govt/banks... they know.

A 'probing' question may be 'how much income tax did YOU pay last year?' (Please provide proof).

Tried it once. I had the definitions all in order and already presented to the prosecution etc. The definitions in the State of Colorado CRS were a bit different and I could have proven that the "motor vehicle" was commercial while the "vehicle" was not; but for having to resort to other law dictionaries to do so.

The prosecutor objected to me using Blacks' in the traffic court and the attorney in the black robe upheld that. I tried to get a moment to refer back to the CRS definitions (I only had a few photocopies with me) and she would not grant that. I even tried to borrow her definitions, to borrow her CRS she kept on the bench. Nope.

I doubt I could have made the point from within the scope of the CRS. The attorneys who write the definitions see that it can be interpreted easily and by just appearing and arguing (arraignment) I defeated the notion I was anything but a natural person at best. At allocution, "Do you have anything to say before...", I simply stated I was a native and proved it with several published asseverations (including from my parents). The judge took a recess and concluded business. I intended to get my property (vehicle) back so I waited. When she found me waiting for her to reconvene the proceedings she executed sentence (upon my consent).

Since I didn't get the vehicle back by enduring the null proceedings, I wish I had left when she allowed it. My allocution had defeated the jurisdiction. [Likely the deputies in the courtroom would have assumed I could not leave the courthouse anyway.]

When i do an abatement to challenge jurisdition, ect. I include the definitions from the appropriate statute / title.. and have had great success.


In traffic court....


1. Affiant is a living, flesh and blood Son of God by the Christian name of Xxxx Xxxx; Xxxxxxxxx

2. Affiant is the sovereign spoken of in Yick Wo v. Hopkins, 118 US 356, 370

Note: "Sovereignty itself is, of course, not subject to law, for it is the author and source of law; but, in our system, while sovereign powers are delegated to the agencies of government, sovereignty itself remains with the people, by whom and for whom all government exists and acts.; "Yick Wo v. Hopkins, 118 US 356, 370”

3. Affiant is not the person spoken of in Title 24-A of the Maine Revised Statutes.

Note: Person. "Person" means an individual, corporation, firm, partnership, joint venture, association, fiduciary, trust, estate or any other legal or commercial entity.


In family court, just swap in the appropriate definition for that title.


3. Affiant is not the person spoken of in Title 19-A of the Maine Revised Statutes.

Note: Person. "Person" means an individual, trust, estate, partnership, association, company, corporation, political subdivision of the State, instrumentality of the State or other entity.

You can build your AoT to say anything you need it to. Use your imagination ! (truth / contract / liability / damages). Just try to keep the statements simple (one noun & one verb).

Once the PA has defaulted, there is no arguement, the PA has already agreed.

Don't forget to publish a certified copy at the county recorders office.
