Want to drive legally in the U.S.? Become a illegal alien
this is why i became a military veteran and taxpayer? So that illegal aliens can drive legally? Tennessee just passed a law so that they can start getting revenue from the large majority of illegal aliens working in the state. Here is the quote from their department of public safety website. "Beginning July 1, 2004 individuals not eligible for a Tennessee driver license may apply for a Certificate for Driving. Individuals eligible for a Certificate for Driving include:
Persons who have temporary, legal documents from the U.S. government (work visas, educational visas, etc.)
Persons who do not meet the eligibility requirements for a Tennessee driver license, but can provide proof of identity and residence in Tennessee.
For those individuals legally in the U.S. on a temporary basis, the Certificate for Driving will remain valid for the period of authorized stay in the U.S., provided that a Certificate will not be issued for less than one year nor more than five years. A Certificate for Driving will be issued for a period of one year to individuals who cannot prove they are U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents.
Individuals may renew a Certificate for Driving upon expiration as long as they are able to continue to provide the required documentation.
A list of acceptable documents showing positive proof of identity and proof of Tennessee residency is found in the Tennessee Driver Handbook. (NOTE: Due to the large file size of the handbook, download time may be slow. As an alternative, please visit our HTML chart of acceptable documents that may be used as proof of identity and proof of Tennessee residency)."

Probably 'cause of the Military?? Afterall, according to Law, one is "inside" the Federal Zone when in the Military, thus required, as are all "Federal Employees" to be "taxpayers".

As the financial house of cards begin to collapse for the Federal, State, and City municipal corporations, be prepared to see more and more capricous changes to laws, codes, statutes, and ordinances providing for the further extraction of booty from any living soul.

Yep! In California, it is now required that you have your headlights on if you are operating your windshield wipers.

If you've turned on your headlights are you required to turn on your windshield wipers? (no answer necessary)

Balancing the account deficit. Without a driver license, SSN or DOB I feel much safer operating a vehicle. Thank you for reminding me why.

In Illinois, it required to turn on your headlights while you are using your wipers, especially during the raining, and snow seasons.
