HA HA! More evidence

I'm really starting to get somewhat confused, and it seems like a lot of the methods re:sovereignity are trial and error.



What's starting to confuse me is ICE and others keep saying "prove I am NOT sovereign". Does this mean that one does not need to fill out and file all the forms talked about say, on the Famguardian website, to be free from the system? Does one not have to file a SA and go through the process to become the secured party - that one just has to move and act like a Sovereign in commerce and say "prove I'm NOT" when confronted? And then just use one's remedy to be protected. Or is the SA/secured party stuff part of one's remedy?

you're making it more difficult than it is. There is a fiction and then there is a real human being.



"the created cannot be greater than the creator"



the government created the fiction therefore, they own it.



god created you and you create government--natural law. therefore you own a part of the government if you part of a jural society. but the government has corrupted the sovereign and their property (their names).



So now the presumption is that the government runs the people--which is what they ultimately want around the world, but will never get it because of sovereigns not submitting to the system.



the SA and all that other stuff is just to claim an interest in the ficition since there is a presumption that you are it and it is you.



the government knows that you are soveriegn and they cannot prove that you are not--but just by answering that question that Ice posed--they would be indirectly admitting that there is a fiction. So they are caught in their lie whether they answer or not.

I do not see the need in filing a UCC-1 when it is clear our founders established we are sovereigns in the Declaration of Independence:

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness..."

It is self-evident on who we are and what our rights are - the Constitution is simply a binding contract on those who choose to serve us.

Why would I need to make a special declaration with the SoT concerning something that is self-evident? IMO, doing such a thing is submitting to their system.

I could care less about the strawman - it is up to them to prove that I am it and they have juridiction over me. I have the Constitution, the law, and their oath of office as proof of the privileges I have allowed them to enjoy.

I was feeling cranky one day a couple of years ago and I found myself standing in front of the mayor, so I asked the ol' boy "Do you work for We the people" he said "no, I work for the City of .... " a few heartbeats go by I ask "Does the City of.... work for We the People" he said "no" I asked "Is the City of .... a private, for profit corporation just like TOYS R US? he said "yes"
I said "I don't want to see any of your cops or code enforcement people messing with me or mine[pause two heartbeats] Do you understand?" he said"no employees of the city of .... will brother you" To this day I treat them just like another business, they treat me like I don't exist. But of course there was that one time my wife was called for a witness and the judge decided his last pack of smokes had to be smoked right now in open court at the fastest possible pace and the police decided it was not required to carry guns into court while my wife was there, my wife never got to speak the judge stopped the case and threw it out.

Did I forget to mention I am not a nice guy and since I have offered my life on 3 occasions to secure the blessing of liberty to myself and my posterity I take whole liberty or death seriously, but I can't take any action against any governmental department , because I can't find where they have done anything wrong as written in the laws.
