What's starting to confuse me is ICE and others keep saying "prove I am NOT sovereign". Does one not have to file a SA and go through the process to become the secured party - that one just has to move and act like a Sovereign in commerce and say "prove I'm NOT" when confronted? I do not see the need in filing a UCC-1 when it is clear our founders established we are sovereigns in the Declaration of Independence:
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness..."
It is self-evident on who we are and what our rights are - the Constitution is simply a binding contract on those who choose to serve us.
Why would I need to make a special declaration with the SoT concerning something that is self-evident? IMO, doing such a thing is submitting to their system.
I could care less about the strawman - it is up to them to prove that I am it and they have juridiction over me. I have the Constitution, the law, and their oath of office as proof of the privileges I have allowed them to enjoy.
