Shoonra,

It isn't just the cop, it's the whole judicial system, the prosecutor who chose to prosecute this case as well as the judge who made the ruling. Was there a trial? If so, I guess I would have to include the jury as well. Maybe there is more to this story, but on it's face, it appears to be a real travesty. For you to just blame the cop (assuming an injustice was committed) is pretty weak in my opinion. If the system weren't so corrupt, and the courts weren't so quick to support everything the police say as gospel all the time, then perhaps those "rogues" as you might put it wouldn't be so apt to do these sorts of things. The system intrastructure is such that it perpetuates this type of behavior (police, judges and the etermely wealthy above the law) and this is where the conspiracy theorists have justification for many of their contentions I believe.

Officer Bartlett fires weapon 10 times and hits black man 7 times for allegedly attempting to run him over. Whether or not the dead man was driving or not is in dispute. Then of course he is aquitted.

Same cop, Bartlett and buddies beat the living crap out of a another black guy while off duty. They are brought to trial only because of public outrage, however they are aquitted all the while drawing a salary. Incredibly, one of them is actually trying to get his job back!

Neither the Jude case nor pending felony charges against Bartlett for bail jumping and for making a bomb threat are likely to be mentioned during the trial because of the laws governing civil trials.

Failing to put these trolls on your Ignore List creams the living testimony of intrepid men and women who actually are living their lives in peace and upon allodial claim. Lately it has become much clearer to me why people who actually know what I am saying do not write here. You open the gate for these trolls to manifest, Elninosmom style, calling clerks and projecting paranoia and conditioning into the "real world" where they hang up their doorknob notices and start infecting all that work and knowledge with a barrage of notice and grace - eventually taking the property back into the counterfeit estate.

They do it professionally you suijuris idiots! They are right about you and laugh at you. Because mainly they get paid to get your gall up and the more they do it, the more you fail to get anywhere.

Emphasis added.

I guess this is why it is important to speak against this sort of corruption.

I agree. This appears to be the key to liberty.

It would be nice if children would learn this way of understanding the world in school, sadly, this doesn't seem to be the case. Thus, most schools merely seek to develop lemmings that obey rules, even sadistic, and unjust rules. Few schools seem to teach true critical thinking, except, perhaps, for doing non-political task, such as erecting a building, etc.

Therefore, it is up to each of us to follow our conscience, as best we can. Additionally, to try to encourage those around us to do the same.

It is clear this the system is failing the people. The system appears devoid of compassion for the innocent, and any desire for justice. Instead, seems dedicated to prosecuting to smallest conceivable violation, no matter how absurd the results. Often the penalty is so much greater than the perceived violation, that the sentence is obscene.

If that was my mother that the pigs drew on,
I'd have to say, hunting cops would probably be on my
"to do" list.

I'm disgusted to say i'm an American .

The situation is becoming intolerable.

No matter where one looks, there are stories of
police misconduct.

I think eventually, folks are just gonna start assasinating
public officials and it won't be easy to turn it off;
it will be justified too.

We're all in a heap of trouble,Boy!

It's amazing to me that they have stopped posting. I wonder why? Maybe they have no responses to some of the points which were made. Maybe it's a sign they concur. Don't need to use the ignore feature if they are no longer posting. Hmm. It must be pretty difficult to try and fight truth. Truth is one of the greatest fears of evil and one of our greatest weapons against injustice.

where in hell do you find a constitutional provision
for the drivers license? Are ya saying I'd need a DL
back in 1776 to ride to down to the stable to buy a shoe for my horse? Are ya kidding?
