The US Supreme Court had held that automobiles are inherently dangerous, more dangerous than the old horse and buggy, and that is one of many reasons why the state has the responsibility and authority to regulate who is allowed to steer a motor vehicle onto the public roads.

It's worth keeping in mind that with an automobile, the machine is being directed entirely by the driver. With a horse, there were some things a horse wasn't stupid enough to do no matter how drunk, blind or reckless his rider. Eliminating the horse from the equation subtracted (at least) half the brains that were directing the vehicle.

Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety....Ben Franklin

I thought about this...

...most of the day, especially when I was out fishing in a boat for me dinner?

I guess there may be some suijuris idiots floating around here, as observed and noted!

How about the term... professional shysters?

Go figure???

Now, to eat those fish for dinner, yum and yum.

Happy Trails...

This is true. Within the limited scope of Shoonra's perception (wherein she cites the US Supreme Court as supreme) she thinks she is right too. By responding to her posts at all you build the notion of appearance which of course cures jurisdiction under her bench. At the very best you mistrain your court procedures to pander into the common subjectivity. I am certain most Readers would quit if they only understood what I am saying here.

No problem reading their posts unless you are like me and you sometimes cannot resist the temptation to appear in writing (even in cyberspace).

Comprehend that you are to refuse the quotation as valid because it does not meet the Rules of Evidence. If you accept what I say that Rottweiler said Shoonra said then you have no competence.

In other words, Shoonra is here to project her world of post 1938 Erie Doctrine as (federal) common law.

I produced living testimony of a genuine suitor living his life in peace and producing on his allodial claim. I interjected the video snippet into one thread and started another thread. After a few days I realized you folks have not the tools or experience to understand why these people do not take the trouble to write here on suijuris. It is because you entertain the illusions that attack them by color of law and authority. [Having to spend another $25 for Registered Mail costs to Refuse for Cause another pink doorknob notice to call their inspectors to come tell them how to live life.] And you do it by arguing with Shoonra, Skeptic62, Judge Roy Bean, AndyK, B Rookard and UGA Lawdog.

Yesterday morning I decided that with you misdirecting and maliciously mistraining your court processes so, I am wasting my time here too. The above listed have won. They for the most part got together and decided to apply this tactic, likely led by JRB, a professional expert at attorning innocents from the original estate into the counterfeit estate.

Seems to me...

we should all start heading to the nearest (or most unbiased) news station when a cop attempts to "pull us over". At least then we are less likely to be shot and a news crew may actually watch what happens.

@ Weis -
Sorry I didn't get back to you, finals and computer problems kept me away. How did your case go?
