The use of the term "other consideration", is so broad and vague, that it can mean anything. So if you are in a vehicle/carriage/motorcar (etc.) moving down the roadways for such innocent purposes as taking your child to church, you can be construed as being in commerce, due to the fact that you will be receiving 'other considerations) by virtue of your 'belief' in God, or due to the fact that your spouse might have promised you some 'other consideration' if you would perform that task instead of her having to accomplish it.

The 'other consideration' aspect, also confirms my prior statements relating to the definition of 'commerce'. Any interaction between two or more parties can be construed as a 'commercial' venture. Their is presumed to be an 'equitable' 'consideration' hanging in the balance of the transaction/venture.
