The problem is that proof of demurrer will not be heard in that court. You must become the judge and court if you cannot assemble a proper jury in common law to hear the cause.

In other words publish that demurrer at the county clerk and recorder.

David Merrill.

P.S. The form is still incorrect - study coram nobis v. coram vobis some more. In the form coram nobis your writ of error must be coming from a court superior in stature within their system.

Not important that it's heard anyway, with the next filing they will dismiss. That is if your next filing is done properly. As far as filing with the court you are doing that anyway when you file your motion by registered mail same with the prosecutor and the judge all registered mail, notarized of course. Remember they are the ones doing the denial of your rights to due process. I hope that's clear enough?

An example of a dismissal and the demurrer would be helpful.

Frustrating indeed. I have been able to Back arrow and salvage the post in the editing window but if it keeps up I will start block and saving before Submitting any large posts.

Is that a temporary thing, Admin?

I also agree... Coram Vobis. Check out William Thorton's site. I believe that guy talks about this.

I recomend his site here

William advocates coram nobis but then again, his example case about the bicycle helmet has gotten nowhere in a decade.

William and I agree on a lot of things. The concept of counterclaim is important. William works from the title private attorney.

clip about private attorney

And so coram nobis applies because he is in theory forming the court of record within the court on no record; so the writs come from within that system.

Interesting that this incident occurred while the suitor was speeding to the Sunday morning William Thornton lecture.
