other thoughts
1. ask for pre-plea discovery. did the arresting officer take an oath to uphold the Consitution? has he read the Constitution? how can he uphold it if he hasn't read it? you can imagine where you can go from there.
2. what evidence does the prosecution that you are required to have a driver's license? were you driving a motor vehicle, or operating a passenger automobile?
3. who are you? who is the defendant? are you the same? what evidence do they have for thier position on that?
4. if you must plead, plead "guilty to the well plead facts (there are none)", or nolo contendre.
5. don't testify. debtor/defendants testify in admiralty, creditors/plaintiff's do not. debtor/defendants always lose. only ask questions. creditors/plaintiffs ask questions. for example, judge: do you understand your rights? creditor/plaintiff: I understand I have unalienable rights given by a Creator God, are those the ones to which you are referring?
