<font color = purple>[b] J S O, Traffic Studies is on the backburner till I squash the IRS's jurisdiction & venue. I am trying my best to drive like the best sheeple this side of Florida till this gets straightened out.

Most importantly, your buddy has to have a WILLINGNESS to study this stuff himself if he really wants out of this. If he doesn't want to study & defend himself, don't waste your time. I hate to say that, but unless he is illiterate, deaf, blind, or mute; he MUST be able to intelligently defend himself. Ask him if he wants to get a better understanding first before expending any energy.
