Re:Automobile Trust
two questions about the automobile issue. first, ice, how does removing the vin number from the system help your situation because they are still looking for registration when they pull you over. second, insurance, i read where insurance is " a policy of insurance is a maritime contract, and therefore admiralty jurisdiction" De Lovio v. Boit, 7 Fed. Cases Number 3, 776& The author who pointed this case law out says thats proof that insurance (gambling) isnt mandatory. How is that so? can someone please clarify. i know that if you are not envolved in commerce then you are not a driver and dont have a motor vehicle according to the code , but how does insurance fit in there?

Re:Automobile Trust
kgod,
When you register your auto with the state you have, in essence, given them your property.& Removing the VIN from their records puts the property back into your possession.& It is now your private property.
In regards to insurance, again, the code applies to "Person".& This is a battle that you will fight if you choose to run this course.& It is my belief that as more "Americans" learn how to battle "citations" the more Americans there will be that will engage in this battle.

Re:Automobile Trust
ice, whats really wild is just yesterday i was going back through my saved favorites list on my computer and ran across a georgia statute in regards to who is required to have a license. guess what was in the introductary paragraph to the statute? dont remember the exact wording but it said something like this "except as provided in chapter 7 of the&uniform commercial&license act this statute includes persons, etc. etc." THERE IT IS IN PLAIN ENGLISH THAT THE CODE APPLIES TO COMMERCE!

Re:Automobile Trust
Yeah, and that PERSON word is stuck in there as well. So, it only applies to PERSONS acting in COMMERCE. Two elements they must prove.

If so, there are no absolutes, and the only logical conclusion is that reality, truth, and right and wrong are determined arbitrarily on a daily basis by those with the most power, guns, and money, and the rest of us can choose to run, fight, or be their slaves.
