Speeding ticket from scratch

if you've done essentially what the ticketslayer dox do, then i would remind the judge of his duty and failing that, receive his judgement and appeal. on the win on appeal, sue the judge for failing to do his duty, or don't sue the judge and let it be.

I have responded to this citation under duress because I was coerced & threatened with physical restraint by an armed person if I did not affix MY SIGNATURE to YOUR DOCUMENT 7215-DTJ, which EXTORTED the promise to appear before this honorable court. The document named 7215-DTJ, signed under duress, attempts to create a colorable persona under colorable law by the name of ADAM HENRY WEISHAUPT spelled in all capital letters.

The artifice being used here to deceive this honorable court must be abated as a public nuisance.



For the record Adam Henry Weishaupt & Jesus the Christ Advocate and wonderful Counselor are using the right of special visitation to exercise the Ministerial Powers to be heard on this matter.

I, Adam Henry Weishaupt am a native Floridian and a Man on the Land and, at this moment, in Pinellas County, not a resident in the Federal, State, County, or Municipal Judicial Districts in this district of Florida.

Are you going to read that when they call your name for attendance?



I think BT meant the color "Light Grey". It is a little hard to read the above post since the text is so light. Purple is a wonderful color but it does tend to glow a bit. When reading a rather long post in purple, the words start floating off my monitor hehe heh....sorry man.

Remember, for there to be a contract, it must be voluntary. You have the choice to accept or reject their offer. Why not reject it?

Once you reject it, how can they go forward with their contract? The SUMMONS or TICKET is nothing but a negotiable instrument. If you reject their offer, the contract is null and void, so how can they take what you rejected into the courts to enforce. Remember if they try to enforce something, it's not a contract!!! Reject their offer to contract.

Using Weis' approach above, he has NOT acquiesed jurisdiction to the court... and has denied the judge SMJ....



The judge CAN NOT 'plea for you' until he has SMJ !



Say everything you need to thru pre-trial docs and then stand on them and DON'T TESTIFY !! (don't answer ANY questions)



Weis sent me his opening dialog via emial.. and I offered some modifications to stream line it a bit.. but I didn't save the e-mail...

hi folx!



i went to file the remaining three ticket slayer dox yesterday.



a bit of an interesting thing with the process. the ticket slayer instructions weren't clear on filing protocol (perhaps for a good reason) so i have a possible, albeit small, chance for an issue...



it seems that the SA office i originally "served" the first dox to wasn't quite the right department (although just across the hall) and all i had to do was just file the dox with the "normal" clerk and all would have been fine...



as i found out yesterday, the copy for the SA, after having been conformed, goes into a box for that office which is picked up with the rest of the "mail" from the filing clerk's office...



i'm sure things are fine, just a bit of a twinge on that procedure...oi...



i had an interesting discussion with my brother/lawyer...with the SMJ challenge and all, he's got no objection/correction, but he did say that determining whether SMJ exists is within the court's purview (sp). also, whether or not "natural person" or "individual" by case law does apply to a "human." he said he believes there to be adequate case law to show that a "person" is also a living soul...



anybody got proof of the opposite via case law?



also, anybody got definitions of "driving" outta their vehicle code?
