Why not just keep it? Works for me.

Codee, when they start tying in the National ID card and biometrics to your DL, will it still work for you?

Yes. I mean I will probably not give my biometrix and my license may get cancelled or expire. I just have no reason to go and cancel the license if I already paid for it. It does not defeate SMJ.

Not to be a smartass, but you never pay for a license. You may have exchanged FRN's (debt instruments) for that license.

If you pay for something, it is yours.

Besides, I would wager that you didn't give them substance.

You are merely the beneficiary of a trust, and the license is very strong prima facie evidence of that.

See that is some more stuff. I don’t have to worry about straw men, Names, NAMES, trusts, paying, discharging, money, credit. The only thing that might be necessary would maybe be a AoT concerning non-public non-corporate status. Affidavit will defeat presumption.
