Arrested for No License/Registration?Insurance

My girlfriend was in the Hospital a few months ago.When they released her highly medicated. She was
wandering around town and eventurally wandered home where she grabbed the keys to a car that I pulled the License plate off of previousely. Well being medicated she bumped a guys car from behind and a Police officer came and gave her a summons which I guess is officially an arrest because it was posted in the paper for an arrest. She is charged with driving without a license, registration and proof of insurance. She does have a license, didnt have it on her, the registration was good I just took the plate off, but there was no insurance. She can only afford a public pretender. Any advice here on what to do? im sure the public pretender will guide her down the hall to hell. Actually the car is in my name is there any way I can take on the case myself?

Ticket Slayer and perhaps fiduciary appointment.

Look in suijuris downloads in UCC for a file with the word fiduciary in the title. You will need to modify that doc for your situation. Appoint the "judge" or the "prosecuting attorney" or Donald Burnham ENSENAT [search the forums] as fiduciary.
