1. Undersigned’s inherent right to journey along the common ways of the land including the King’s Highways and Byways in peace, harmony and happiness as provided by his Creator,

2. Undersigned has the authority to do so without ‘State’ (including ALL employees or agents of the State of Somewhere and other States and Territories of Somewhere) intervention, including but not limited to, SOMEWHERE POLICE SERVICES and SOMEWHERE TRANSPORT SERVICES, without being restricted, accosted, inhibited, molested and with total immunity,

3. Undersigned has the authority to do so without any requirement for State of Somewhere nor ALL other State and Territory Licenses (which are issued only to corporate bodies)

NOTICE

Unless the lawful document that evidences a contract or authority over the Undersigned is produced by Puppet Master trading as THE HONOURABLE PUPPET MASTER MP, MINISTER FOR TRANSPORT within the next ten (10) days of the date on this Notice, in the form of a sworn Affidavit of Claim signed under Puppet Master’s own unlimited personal commercial liability, it will be deemed by Undersigned and through your silence, that an honourable tacit agreement of contract has been consummated in that the STATE OF SOMEWHERE recognises the free passage with immunity of the Undersigned to journey on the common ways of the land including the King’s Highways and Byways over the land mass known as SOMEWHERE and elsewhere on the land known as SOMEWHERE in peace harmony and happiness without restriction, or being accosted, inhibited or molested.
It will be taken that the relevant steps will be prepared within the ‘State’ (Including ALL States and Territories in the land mass known as Somewhere) system enabling the Undersigned to journey with immunity. It is deemed that Puppet Master in his private capacity accepts unlimited personal commercial liability for any restriction, inhibition, interruption, molestation and injury/damages sustained by the Undersigned by any rogue State, Territory or Federal Officers.
