buying used truck from scratch - help.

I am getting a title, will that title mean that I now own a "vehicle" and am subject to the vehicle codes? If so, how can I avoid this. Is the title a Bill of Sale? If not how do I get the owner to give me a Bill of Sale?



Everything I sign will be with "All rights reserved"



I'd rather not register and get licenses and all this other bs. But I also don't want cops impounding my property.



I don't have any fights right now so I am totally willing to make this my fight. I also want to use this as my sandbox for learning about some general principles.



BTW, I want to excercise my sovereign rights using law, not redemption.



Also, the truck is already registered under the current owners name, can I unregister it without reregistering it? This is pretty crucial to whether I will go all out or not. Cause if I can't unregister it, then I will have to insure it and all this other BS.

670. A "vehicle" is a device by which any person or property may be propelled, moved, or drawn upon a highway, excepting a device moved exclusively by human power or used exclusively upon stationary rails or tracks.



I was under the impression that an automobile was only a vehicle if it was used for commercial purposes? Now it seems like all automobiles are vehicles? Did they change the wording because too many people were catching on?



If so, where do I find in law/code/statute that the vehicle code does not apply to me?

according to this definition, what is a "natural person"? This is very confusing definition. By my understanding it would mean a "natural copartnership" a "natural association" a natural limited liability company" or a "natural corporation".
