Both got tickets.

I signed "Without prejudice".

Interesting: 2 errors on the tik.

1> Spelled my name wrong.

2> Wrote wrong address.

He spent about 15 minutes writting the 2 tiks.

My plan: Go to Court and show that officer did not pay full time and attention to details.

IOW He made an error when he pulled me over. I did stop at the sign.

Whadayathink?

Other suggestions?

BTW My first ever tik.

You just adopted the name as yours in the last post. It is not your name on the ticket! Not that your name is on the ticket but spelled wrong. How did you know it was your name then?

I would think I would loose real quick with the strategy above. What state are you in?

Errors in ticket are cured by response.
