Question Traveling....

I may not be able to help myself in Nebraska, but I have a friend in from Colorado who has a problem .

There is a warrant from colorado for failure to appear for "traffic ". He says that it was "paid" in full but they want more.

Yes, I know that he is in dishonor, so how do we go about getting him into honor?

Do we use a proof of claim etc notary protest to "fix" the problem.

So he can not get a drivers licence ...no big deal but he wants to stay out of the graybar motel.

I am thinking of trying the ticket slayer .. it might be to late for it ,but what the hell lets see if they want to play

and see if I can ask for a certification under purjury from the prosecutor that he has a contract with colorado .

He never had a licence in colorado. He has decided to quit traveling for a while and he is saving money and selling his car . Now everyone gets to drive him in winter and he can walk in summer lol
