Releasing Prisoners VIA IBOE

Has anyone ever released a relative out of prison using THE IBOE of exchange procress. a friend of mine was asking me about this, im assuming since everything is based on bonds, like performance bonds like kgod was saying for the charges. coudnt one tender a iboe, and have someone released from prison?

the problem with that is someone is holding the bond and making money. jean keating claimed he tendered a iboe and was released in custody of parole. they may have done this because the bond was still out, thus, the iboe couldnt close escrow on the account. sometimes they do things we u r close to sidestep the issue. this could be what happened to jean because they are able to keep escrow open with you on parole.

I had heard of someone using Montana Freemen funny money to bail someone out of jail - who promptly skipped town. This happened about ten years ago.

Where I come from, the police/jail wants bonds and fines paid in cash (FRNs), no checks or promissory notes. So I had trouble believing that some other police dept (it was not in Montana) could be so stupid.

This swindle may have been innovative in its details, but of course getting bail with bouncing checks and the like is not new, so there are laws in every state criminalizing fraudulent bail payments. I am sure these would apply to the BOEs, CPNs, and other funny money that's been touted on this website.

I wish I had kept an internet article but it was just somebody speaking without any citation or case numbers. I recall what they did was pay the bond within minutes of the arraignment hearing and that somehow left the attorneys in the lurch. I did not understand how it worked so I deleted it. Something about attorneys expected symbolically to bring their checkbooks into the banc/court though. The bond being paid unexpectedly caught them, the attorneys having to serve the sentence...

I wish I had kept that article.

Using an uncashed Peruvian gold bond is very clever too.

David Merrill.

i know the article u r talking about. It was called "bond creates division". What happened was, (according to the article) somebody tendered a bond using their upper and lower case name on behalf of the strawman. this was entered into the docket, so, what this caused was a seperation of the flesh and blood man from the strawman on the account. they cant put the upper and lower case name on the account so they would have to substitute the surety, and this is why the attorney supposedly brings a checkbook to court, to pay the charge so that his strawman name wouldnt be substituted.

What i personally believed happened was the bond caught them off guard and they used it to close escrow on the account.

The Prisoner Bond

sounds very cryptic what you and kgod are talking about. are you implying that you issued a bond, when they tried to lock you up in prison david. you sent a letter to the us. treasure of the time and was released on your own recognizance? im lookking at the picture of your sliver bond and the letter of credit... is that an area of research, that still needs to be deciphered by alot of people? or are you and kgod onto some type of arcane, cryptic secret. ??

By the way kgod and david, if you ever wish to chat over coffee my hushchat is : mysticone@suijuris.net

releasing the prisoner

also, since there are more than one way to skin a cat.. is it personal choice if one wants to use a cpn, peruvian silver bond, iboe, or letter of credit.

Im sure one wouldnt even need to craft a fancy check, as the simple letter of credit is establishing the same fact? the letter of credit is discharging the debt per hjr-192.

letter of credit is just another bond type payment in the toolbox? kgod was talking about something about the district attorney has to certify the statue applying to the person within 72 hours at the time of adjucation. it would be interesting to know if anyone has ever been relased from prison on a letter of credit that they wrote. rumor has that its been done. would like to see if this has ever been done, as this is a fairly new topic that is rarely discussed in the forum

you got 3 ways to attack the money issue depending on what stage you are at.
1. before you are charged or right at the beginning within 72 hrs, make them certify the statute.
2. if you fail to do that, try to close escrow by tendering a negotiable instrument or accepting for value the charges after asking the da for the penal sum of the charge.
3. if you are already in jail, find your bond and have the holder release it back to you. the problem with tendering a instrument after the bond goes out is who are you gonna send it to? see, the bond is whats holding u, so, if you can find the bond holder, why tender a instrument? u may be giving the wrong person free credit to use. contacting the holder of the bond is the key for someone in jail, u have to find the cusip number of the bond and request they release it back to the surety. the person in jail is the surety AND the underwriter of the bond.

I have handwritten POMCs from the booking area - so the answer is yes. But that is not the point I was making.

If I was doing anything productive on the Internet with my Yarn, people would be posting on the Threads and Articles that I initiate. [Look for yourself; click on my Handle above and go to my bio. Then click on all threads by David Merrill.] Kgod shows a real talent for understanding the basic esoteric - that the black-robed one is a banker. Just look at Aaron Russo's film; him blathering on about fraud when people just need to understand admiralty and banking policy - irrecusable obligation of using private credit and never even once exercising your right to public money. Or rather the Libel of Review - agents of a foreign principal - collection agents for the United Nations' Bank and Fund...*

Bankers!

So in that respect and with Codee understanding tender we have our private little Lodge right here in the open but without passwords and funky handshakes. I had this great dream Friday night. I imposed the Masonic Square and Compass on the streetmap of Colorado Springs and created an algorithm that shifted geophysical values and when I moved my mouse to the pivot I noted the location. [Like the blackboards on NUMBER3 just before bed.] I went there (or morelike was suddenly there) and found myself in the middle of a small grove of trees that was quite private even in the middle of town. I dug with a shovel in the soft dirt and found a chest full of gold coins... - great dream!

So I went to the three major monuments I could think of: 1) the headquarters for Masonry west of the Mississippi on Mesa Hill; 2) the Territorial Capital in Old Colorado City; and Colorado College (founded by Freemasons) where the federal repository is located. Sure enough, these items aligned into a perfect square or maybe a rectangle at least!

So what is at the fourth point? I will get a photo today.

Regards,

David Merrill.

* Once you dispel the illusion Interpreter (Nicole Kidman) clicks. The FBI gets stopped at the door of the UN Plaza, "You are not on US soil anymore; this is international territory." And of course who has natural jurisdiction? (Sean Penn) The Secret Service - Treasury! Or how about this guy blowing off his pistol in downtown Moscow?

Bourne Supremacy clip

P.S. To be objective, you must lose all objectives. I know a woman who was held captive for an alleged arraignment in another state while traveling. She walked the special two-step and waved her arms just right, "Is there no mercy for the Widow's Son?" (something like that). The black-robed one told her she better shut up (wrong plumbing) but she walked. I guess the Masons covered her bond rather than send an attorney to jail.

Hopefully Kgod can recover that article. I have been thinking about it for months. Please link if found...
