This Seems To Be The Most Frustrating New Tactic On The Rise. Not Signing Documents And Hiding Behind An Office. Corporations Do The Same Crap As Soon As You Have A Dispute Wit Em.

One way to find out the coporate officers is to go to www.freeerisa.com and look up the Corporation's EIN number. It should give you the address location as well. Then write to the state of incorporation and get the officers of the corp. This will give you the list of names of who you want to respond to. Then go get 'em.



This is nothing new and has been going on for some time now.

Most of the Corporation info is on the web if you type in Secretary of state for the state that they are registered in.



You can usually get the principals name or the agent's name.
