Filing requirements - Page 2

From what I can tell, this man has done very thourough research. I hope to get permission to include some of his forms & documents on sui juris someday.
For now, just go here: http://www.suijuris.net/main/suijuris/links.php?category=Citizenship
And click the "Change your U.S. Citizenship Status' link...

I have not done the proceedure there, but plan to soon. Ice, if you have done this process, can you tell us what to expect? Or is it just a matter of sending the docs, who cares whether they honor or not?

Also, before lets try to stay on topic - this thread has discussed two topics that have their own dedicated forum here. My goal is that we can keep things fairly categorized here, unlike another forum I have seen, where everybody posts everything in one forum. AhhhGG! I am just a nerd, but that does help others find the information later.

Re filing in birth state:& The UCC is a commercial law code as you may know.& Well, one of its most primary functions is to establish who has highest claim.& The definitions are very exact and very strictly adhered to.& Somewhere on the net I was reading an ongoing discussion by, I believe, the law makers working on perfecting the UCC and its procedures.& Everything isn't ironed out yet, but I believe its better to be safe than sorry and I would opt for filing both in the state of birth, in the state where the collateral is located, and as well where the Debtor has his/her current residence.& It is not a matter of opinion.& Leave it to Lady Luck and you may have to&depend on her all your life.& I prefer not to trust anyone, least of all Lady Luck,&if and where I can take responsibility for nailing it down to perfection myself.

But that's my choice.& Good luck, or if you prefer you have the choice to trust in Yahweh, the great 'I shall be whom I shall be'!

To be absolutely correct I believe 50 and 51 are both in error.& Ohio was never lawfully admitted into the Union of States, thus there are only 49 states.& That is provided my sources are reliable...& Problem with Ohio is though that some of the US Presidents are from Ohio and since per the Constitution the President must come from a State within the Union many laws, regulations, policies, and so on that build originally upon such Ohio Presidents are in effect invalid.& Not a small problem...
