<FONT face="courier new, courier, mono">Your knowledge never ceases to amaze me! However, maybe it does not matter if they were lawfully admitted into the Union, as long as they are some type of member of the U.S. Corp. ? After all, does the UCC have any bearing on the Union of the States?</FONT>

To quote Johnny Liberty: " The state has no authority over the land.& Except for Texas which never gave up its lands (State Patent Office) or military (i.e., Texas Rangers) to the federal government.& It's still a free and independent Sovereign state.


Now, according to this, Texas would be in the union but not in the "corp." U.S. -- correct?
