A UCC Question for y'all

I am using the template that IamfreeRu placed in the download's section and I have a problem. In section 4 it contains this phrase, "Exempt Priority Prepaid Account # [number from the back of the SS card including the beginning letter]." On the back of "their" SS card there is no number! It does state - Form OA-702 Rev. (1-72). So; logically, my question is this - Is this the "EPPA" number that I need to use in the above quote or is there another number that I need to use, and if so, how do I aquire this number? Thanks for the help! Jason

There are other means, which are easier to use, available that will efficiently protect some of the freedoms that have been stolen. They are not a "cure all" but they do tackle some of the major dangers lurking in today's world.

Yeah, you are best off tabling the whole Private account/BOE thing unless you are willing to spend countless hours chasing down commercial paper which the payees abscond with

Yeah, for property protection, that's what it does best, first in line to get paid. I mean UCC of course.

It's better to not have property attached to your name or SS#... but yet retain total control of it.

Having an LLC place a second mortgage on any property you have equity in secures that equity. If you own property outright, slip it into an LLC.

And I believe that is better protection than filing UCC per redemption process. The UCC paperwork is unnecessary unless you are only protecting "equity" with a second mortgage through an LLC.

But having an LLC or two won't handle a traffic stop.

Well, possibly - but only in regards to getting the registration adhesion contract out of the NAME.

In fact, it is best to have the LLC umbrella-d(???) under a massachussettes trust, and have the registration in the trust name. Have the LLC lease the car, and appoint you as a manager with permission to use the car

When they run the tag, YOU won't show up in the database

Angry UCC Question if you don't mind

I filed a UCC lien filing in Aug. 05... on Real Estate... nothing was done... All ignored.. Just on June 28 the Debtor terminated it with marking the box stating I the Secured Party had a statement of authorization. The County terminated my UCC filing under an Attorney, and the Debtor.. I called, and the recorder stated he does not read all filings and can't.. So I filed a correction of the fraud, and called out the numbers.. Filed a termination on the termination and a new filing... All was well for a few days.. He then filed (bought and sold more property) and I could not view the transactions until last night he terminated my new filing again.. Only under his name... This is fraud to the max, against him and the attorney, but no one will listen to me.. Any suggestions?? I can't afford to continue to refile at $61 to $108 a pop... Karen

Do you own the property?
Is your name on the property?
Do you pay property tax on it?
Did the property tax pin# assigned to you or strawman?
Do you attached property locator to your UCC filing?
Do you give the descriptions of the property you are filing?
Do you have security agreement between you, and the Strawman in place with filing?
Are you secured party assigned by the strawman the debtor?
Who is he selling the property and filing?
If you file your UCC correctly, they have to get court order to defuse it or put Lis penden on it, but they can't remove it.
Only the filer, can terminate the UCC in the record.
Attorney, can't just file any papers, and the clerk agree to it, and remove your UCC from the record.
That part I don't understand it.
If you answer "Yes" to all of the above, you have a case.
