NEED INPUT PDQ!

OK, I am going to go tomorrow to file UCC1 and list my home as part of the paperwork (I don't have it in front of me)



Here's my question:



My land is listed as HENRY F. BOWMAN.



The Bank has my name as HENRY F. BOWMAN



But CTC3 uses the Example of the all caps name as JOHN HENRY DOE.



Do I use HENRY F. BOWMAN, or HENRY FRANKLIN BOWMAN as the debtor?



HELP!!!



I ain't putting all my eggs in this basket, but I want to have this as an extra measure taken as proof that I perfected first.

Another thing, If I file this in my name, and don't do an alternate filing for my wife, that shouldn't matter right, as the property has a lein on it anyway?

[color=black][b]From my limited understanding, I do know it is possible to attach an addendum form with every possible permutation of the spellling of your name as the debtor.

I am going to pop in here for a minute. I need a break from my court stuff anyway. It is not necessary to put an attachment on the UCC-1. I have Barton Buhtz template and I like it much better than CTC3 rendition. HB send me a private email and I will send a copy to you and with a little editing you are off and running. You can either show HENRY F BOWMAN OR HENRY FRANKLIN BOWMAN. I prefer the latter myself.

The trademark covers any derivative of the NAME. So, using the full STRAWMAN name would be preferable because any other version of the NAME will fall under it.
