The SS # belongs to the STRAWMAN.

You should have the status of the number changed from 'U.S. citizen' to "American National" -- there are docs available for such at familyguardian.org.

As far as giving the number to anyone -- you do not have to do so.& If they claim to "require" it -- then your choice is to give it up or not do business with them.& If&your citizenship status is "American National" you may consider an action for discrimination (of your "nationality").

The more people that stop doing business with those that "require" the number because they "require" the number -- the sooner those businesses will do away with the requirement.& More of us need to let businesses know the reason we refuse to do business with them.& Any time you get an "offer" from some business (like Credit Cards) in the mail -- take a moment to send them a little note stating that you refuse to even consider doing business with them due to their requirement of an SS number... and until such time as they abandon that policy you do not wish to be contacted by them again.& And if they do send another offer -- ask them if this second offer means they have "abandoned" their SS # requirement.

The more of us that let them know how we feel -- the sooner things may begin to change.& But if we take NO ACTION -- then expect NO CHANGE.

Does anyone happen to have the link to familyguardian.org? If so, could you please share it?

What I saw on the site was a letter that claimed&the SSA&could not change status on a social security account. Am I missing something?
