Okay guys, I did not talk about this for a couple of days& because I was writing a paper for school.& My paper is done now so here come the questions again.

I did not see the word "fiduciary" anywhere in the contract with the credit card processing company.& I do not know if that exact term has to be in a contract, or if the meaning&of the word can just be explained for it to be valid?

Could you please supply me with your "butter them up" words again.& Today while everybody is watching the Super Bowl, I will write this letter.& It will be a great oporrtunity for uninterupted work time.

Oh yeah, Sui Juris, could you please post the Commercial Lien handbood again.& The one I am thinking of is the one that was so big that you posted it in three parts.

It's a sad thing... Ice suffers from CRS... poor memory.& It is difficult for me to recall the post.& If the thread were still available or I had the post to which I responded... it might jog my mind... but at present I am at a loss.
