UCC-1 mutually filed between two people (spouses or otherwise)

What opinions do we have out there about the situation of two folks, who, most likly will be sued for cc debts, each filing a UCC-1 on the other so as to be primary secured parties to the others assets, and possibly protecting each other without bankrupsy?

Filing a UCC-1 isn't going to stop agency collection action if there is a judgment against you- they do it in violation of the law, just because they CAN.

The UCC-1 alone won't stop debt collectors or the government from violating your rights- its the nature of debt collectors and the government (courts) to violate your rights, to rob you, by whatever means. If you don't believe me, wait and see.

You would need to start an administrative remedy tort claim against them. Heavy duty serious demands need to be made and then filed on a UCC-1.
