i'm not sure if this is the right forum to ask this question, so please excuse me if i'm in err.
but after filing UCC-1 are there any other steps that need to be taken besides studying about law. i've read that people have gotten documents like affidavits recorded on/in the public record. could someone explain this.
the question may be vague but if you could just give your thoughts on this to the best of your ability and we could go from there. it would be much appreciated.
