Court Judgments

i cant remember where i read this, but arent court judgments supposed to be based on a AFFIDAVIT of the party its rendered in favor of? im pretty sure of that, and if they arent, they are void judgments. So,if the judgment is void, how can it be legally verified. The reason im asking this question is because people have gotten judgments removed from their credit reports and bankruptcies.

Court judgments are based on the FACTS presented.& The facts are not always brought before the court in affidavit form... there are other ways to present FACTS.

Re:Court Judgments

The most powerful way is to have a competent witness. Which they normally do not have. therefore, they have lack of jurisdiction.

from going over this, i think the way u would remove a judgment if the cra verifies the judgment is to attack the judgment for fraud. that seems to be the only way.

Kgod,

i would only use the results of the CRAs as evidence not as the foundation.& i would look up some case law to base my position.
