Work Injury Need Your Help !

Hello. I have been injured on my job where I was driving a UPS truck and another party ran a red light hit the sid of the truck I was driving and it fliped over. I was offerer to settle by the defendant insurance company, but no amount was discused. At the time I ended up retainig an attorny in which he said I could not get any thing from UPS but my workers's comp in wich it took 8 months to receive that as well as he took 30% I had an disagreement with him about it cause workers comp is intitled to me without him. Besides that my attorny is still going after the defendant ho hit me. Since retaining the attorny I have been asked by defendant's attorny to answer interigatory questions which is said to be standared procedure, also I returned back to work when I was hit again by an hit and run accident. This attorny wants me to come in and fill out paperwork for that in which I dont think so cause he said he could not get anything from UPS. My situation now is I may have to have surjury for my L5 S1 disc in my back and I may not be able to do my job anymore. I have not got to this point in time yet and from others who have settled for their same or somewhat related injuries I know UPS likes to settle for 100,000 dollars but I am only 30 with 19 years left before I can retire and I still will not be retirement age and I feal its worth 1.8 million dollars and I dont thik that will be easy to get. Any help / Suggestions? Thank you all !

[color=black][b]My Prayers go out to you, Malcom. I am not sure why this post is in the UCC, but you need to investigate what the duties are for UPS. In order to have the right to sue, you must prove a breach of duty. Was the duty breached- contractual, statutory, or common law?

Have a close friend in your company dig up the duties UPS owes to the employees. I am betting that the HR dept has stuff like that. Maybe even buttter up HR & try to get the docs yourself. I'll make sure to lift you up in prayer at Bible Study tonight.
