no common law filing in Idaho

I have just discovered that they now refuse to record Common Law filings in Idaho based on "some ruling". Has anyone heard of this and how do we get around it?

Yeah stop titling your stuff with Patriot Nut Job (PNJ) Titles

Title it normally, and then put in real fine print that it is at common law

they look for terms like "common law" because of "common law liens"

YOur clerk of court most likely has no valid oath on file. Threaten them with that

The founding fathers of this country would have suggested something like; tar and feathers, hangmans noose, dowsing, burning at the stake, dismemberment, etc.

In this day and age, all of the ideas of our founding fathers are 'politically incorrect'.

Seriously, I recommend that you stick to the suggestion offered by Weish.

They can not make legal determinations 4 you

Take witnesses with you .Tell them to record !!! You are the boss. They have no right to make a legal determination 4 you. If they do in front of witnesses there in big trouble and they know it . They are trying to CON you dont let them do it , be polite but firm. They are sworn Officers and employees...its there duty! If they turn you down tell them to put it in writing and sign it. Take pre printed letters with you. 1 telling them what u want. 2 and a letter that says, You have made a legal determ... state reason.... and sign. see my post under family protection, law ,ect
