Your 1838 version is downloadable at the following location.

Just scroll down to the item bearing the 1838 date. It is in two parts, each containing in the neighborhood of 35 mbytes. The site also has later dated versions (1854 etc.)

Well, this one is a bit tougher to find.

I have not located Volume 1.
