UCC! OK, So Who Is Not Paying Taxes Then?

As you have read UCC, then I want to know who is actually not paying annual taxes in association with this? I read about Sherry Jackson et al., and I hear that the UCC protects citizens from the strawman, but I just want to know who uses this and does not pay taxes on wages...

Please respond.

to my understanding,

the citizen is the strawman in the essense that the nexus between the two has not been delinquished. Or maybe that the citizen has not yet recognized that a strawman even exists, might be a better choice of words. I am not a citizen in that I recognized that I had a strawman attached to me, and that everytime the strawman ran into trouble, I had to suffer it alone because he has no flesh and blood body to be made surety to a debt.
I'm sorry I took your thread into another direction, I know that wasn't your question. I didn't understand your question, can you reword it 4 me?

Hi freemyggle. Sure. I understand that I can claim ucc 1-207 and claim my reservation of rights not to pay the IRS anymore. This is what I have read.

So then, who is doing this and successfully?

Also, I read about Sherry Jackson and she was convicted by a jury. Of course, she was represented by an attorney held to oath by the Bar association which is the same as tossing your reservation of rights. She did not get this argued on legal jurisdiction, obviously, and have the original petition dismissed (at least I believe so). How did she let it go so far as to be convicted then? What did she do, or not do?

I can't answer the last part of your question but I can tell you a little about Sherry. Sherry Jackson if memory serves me well was a IRS accountant. People she was auditing would pose the question of, where is it written that citizens must pay taxes?

She started asking her supervisors for the exact law that said people must pay taxes but they couldn't show her the law. So she went higher in the IRS asking that question without any satisfaction. Eventually she started speaking to no tax groups.

To be honest her problems had nothing to do with the UCC it was speaking to these groups about not paying taxes that landed her in hot water.

Many thanks, Rlynne. I am just surprised that it went as far as it did and wondered if she used UCC 1-207 in her battle. From first sight, I would say not.

If this is presumptive, are not UCC reservation of rights waived if an attorney (bar) is used in defensive litigation for plaintiff? It makes sense to me that this would be the case.

Sherry Peel Jackson is part of the Larken Rose/Tom Clayton clan. I have met her and Larken both and they are both very intelligent people. Unfortunately, they both have blinders on and refuse to see the big picture and certain individual elements of that picture like legal standing, administrative remedy, LoR, etc. Larken and his wife Tessa, along with Sherry and Tom Clayton are all currently or have been recently in prison for willful failure to file. I think Larken and his wife are out, Sherry and Tom are still in. There is another guy in too, but I cant recall his name right off...

From your feverish readings and postings on here, I would advise you to do the same and look at the big picture. It takes YEARS to learn this stuff. It doesnt matter if you read 20 hours a day, you cant learn it all and really comprehend it in a few weeks or even a few months. Listen twice as much as you speak, that is why you were given two ears, two eyes and only one mouth.

UCC is private law that deals with commerce. It can help you or hinder you, so use it carefully. If you are a man or woman living and working within one or more of the 50 states of the union, then chances are very high that you have no tax liability. I have never in my life paid 'income' taxes. I do not earn any taxable income from any taxable source or activity, therefore I have no tax liability.

Don't know for sure if they are using the concept of the UCC/Strawman, however, I do know that the federal judges are exempt from paying taxes, as the effect of that activity would be a diminised salary which is prohibited by the Constitution.

Also, I am sure that there are others that fall within that same privileged class... such as senators and representatives.... they all continue to receive their annual salary for the duration of their lives even after leaving their official position. WOW.. are we ever getting the shaft put to us.

Let us all remember to be sure to vote and put some more tax burden on the people to give lifetime support to those wannbe politicians.

It is my understanding that federal judges are indeed paying federal income taxes, Constitutional prohibitions not withstanding.
