Any proof that you gain any benefit by filing a UCC-1 financing statement?

I know someone who is willing to help me complete the UCC/Redemption process for free.

But I have received more mixed reports of this actually doing anything of any value!

What good is opening a Treasury account with nobody accepting either your Bond of Discharge, Bill of Exchange or Indemnity bond to discharge your debts?

I would like to get the IRS to accept either.

Please let me know if you had success in discharging your debts.

Why give the IRS anything at all?

Are you actually liable for a tax?& Have they proven that?& Have they followed all required procedure?

I'll bet they haven't.

musleman;

&I have learned recently that when we do our CHARGE BACK with the U.S.Treasurer Mr. John Snow that we should not refer to the CHARGE BACK as a Tresury Direct Account or Direct Treasury Account , apparantly this may send your document/Bill of Exchange&to the BPD Bureau of Public Debt instead of the UCC Contract Trust Department of the IRS . Where you wanted it to go in the first place&.& So if you did your CHARGE BACK and the words Direct Treasury Account appear on the BOE it has been recommended by an authority on the matter Mr. Barton Buhtz that you resend everything omitting those words and using the words UCC Contract Accrual and UCC Contract Trust#account bla , bla ,bla.

&I found out the hard way that I did it wrong , however I think it was routed to the UCC contract Trust by a sympathetic clerk. Or hope. Because I have discharged some debts just to test it and have not received any visits from the FBI or IRS yet.&

&My most recent success was with a power company electric bill . The power company wanted me to pay $180.00 for a security deposit on a new account. However when I opened the acccount no mention was made and I did not agree to pay a deposit. I was sent a nasty gram saying we are going to send debt collectors and turn off your power on such and such a date if you do not pay. I immediatly "Accepted it for Value" and returned it within the three days required by Federal Truth Lending act Reg. Z . and wrote In accord with HJR 192 June 5 ,1933 you may not specify the specie in which a debt can be discharged . There were other things I put on the copy of the invoice like the set off account number and a red ink signature. But a week later I got a letter signed in Blue ink by a real man telling me he apologized for any inconvenience and my account was being credited . A complete 180 degree turn from we are turning off your power and sending debt collectors to we are sorry. I sent everything by certified mail so I have the signed green card as proof it was received. They will blow off most mail if it is not certified .

& So to answer your question does it work , I would say it does from my experience . There is no way to say that it will work for you because every situation is not the same. Keep study up and good luck . Just don't get too greedy start with something small like a credit card debt of a $1000.00 or so and see what happens. I had to resubmit my discharge to a visa card three times until they finally stopped mailing bills back in Sept.2003. I believe they stole the first two and cashed them so they&got paid three times for the same bill. Live and learn.

& Over&

I did a search on Barton Buhtz and found this:

Happy(?& :~/& ?) Reading!
The Sec. of Trans.--for "vessels". That's a new one! Go figure? but if you try to make sense of it, You'll never solve the "riddle me this...."

FNM,

Interesting reading. So I must ask this, what is the scuttle butt about the Treasury Direct Accounts?

Pardon me if folks think I should know this but, I operate through the "alleged" creditors testimony and use their own words against them.

Well this thread originated almost 4 years ago to the day

And the answer is . . . . NO

A few people slipped through the cracks and got some debt "discharged" only to have agencies come back and say "we made a mistake, now pay up"

Most people do not understand how to use the form once it is filed because they do not thoroughly understand why their name is in ALL CAPITAL letters. You won't be able to use the UCC1 effectively if you do not even know why your name is in ALL CAPITAL letters. Ask anyone who filed a UCC1 against their strawman why they filed the form in first place. Without an reasonable and sane answer to that question they won't be able steer the vehicle (strawman) in the direction they want to go.

subjective

proof is subjective of what each individual believes,
two people can witness the same thing, one will call it proof, the other will deny it even occured.

UCC-1 Redemption Process

Hi all,

I am fairly new to this process and I am almost done reading the matrix book that explains on how the government works. I want to know what I have to do after I am done reading the book. I know I have to get copies of my SS card and birth certificate and attend seminars. However, I have to be invited to seminars in Cleveland but I dont know who to contact or I dont have any numbers to get these seminars in progress. I really need to have this process done by september!!!

I hope this is not related to riteway law or anyone that used to be related to riteway law,

You are in danger of having someone else actually claim you as a debtor (makeing you their slave by choice)

Do your own homework, legwork, and paperwork.
I drove 4 hours to a factory that prints the UCC forms, paid them, then they UPS'd the forms to me, I then sent the forms to the Secretary of State myself, obtained an account, filed debtor searches, all myself,no Jack Smith's involved.

BEWARE!
