Re:COLLECTION INFORMATION NOTICE - FTB 1140

Nralien,

You know, the most beautiful thing about all of this is----YOU ARE FREE.

What I mean is, you are free to say what you want and do what you want. So, if you feel that asking a 45th question would strengthen your fight--by all means indulge. That is what I mean when I say 'have fun'.

Just as long as you can defend your actions.

When I write letters to these scoundrels, I call them all kinds of names and insults because they deserve it. Since they are dealing in fraud--lets call them by their name(s): RICO, inept, thiefs, slight of hand, extortionists, terrorists, and a host of other things.

So ask the question or do not ask the question but, be able to defend your position. If you need clarity (which they will not give you) then ask.

have fun

Thanks Jerseee

It seems the only thing even slowing the devil minions down is loss through unauthorized use of copyrighted property.

When you're dealing with the state, it is a constitutional matter. The way I am going to handle the FTB is this:& I'm going&down to the FTB's main office in Sacramento and make payment in gold coin.&They cannot accept gold as payment,&but&the State of California's&Constitution says that's all they can accept - silver or gold.& California Annotated Commercial Code&says:&payment&recieved, payment refused = payment discharged.

I will take someone with me&to&witness and sign the affidavit if the clerk&refuses to&sign the affidavit.& If FTB tries collect after that, I will sue them for damages.

Re:COLLECTION INFORMATION NOTICE - FTB 1140

I notice that they start that letter by claiming that you have a "tax liability" and they label you as a "taxpayer".

Have they provided you with proof that either of these claims are true?

nralien,

The truthstore has stopped making the 2.1 toolbox. If you ever want to get rid of yours, let me know.

Re:COLLECTION INFORMATION NOTICE - FTB 1140

The forum is going to love this question.

Does it matter if your Affidavit of Default is 87 days late?

21 days (not counting day of service) + 87 days is the date of my Affidavit of Default.
