Is closing legal if Chapter 13 filed

I filed for chapter 13 the day before the auction date, the attorney ignored the 13 and proceeded with the auction. I am told today that someone purchased the house and the closing is scheduled today.



My 13 got dismissed 2 months after the sale date in July. My question is can the attorney do a legal closing since my 13 was good up until 2 months later.



I have also done the BOE, Notary certificates of dishonor, etc.



The attorney has never produced the original note with alonges, endorsements, etc.



Please advise, what do I do now.

I believe if the Chapter 13 has been dismissed, the court will allow the sale and closure of the property. Why was the 13 dismissed? Did you have a plan filed? Were you disputing the alleged debt?
