Eye Have Recently Became A Secured Party Creditor, Now Eye Am Anxious To Utilize This Process Of Discharging Debt As Eye Have Seen Documents Of Debts Discharged.

My Question Is, How Can Eye Put A Lien On the Automobile that eye am leasing?

Do Eye Write Up A Notice Of Lien To The Dealer And Explain To Him That The Secured Party Has Taken The Automobile As Collateral As Per Financing Statement Of Ucc 1 Financing Statement And Security Agreement Which Covers Any Default By debtor?

If Any One Can Help On This Topic, It Would Be Appreciative.
